Since 1926 we have been creating value for the school of the future, to make it more connected, inclusive and sustainable

1926
The birth of mass schooling
Roberto Spaggiari founds the publishing house and introduces the school register, which lets teachers see several pages at once and fill in daily records faster.

1945
Schools start again
New registers, book series and publishing tools support the rebuilding of school life and administration.

1948
Schools get organised
The company comes through difficult years and specialises in registers and administrative materials for a school system that wants to restart in an orderly way.
1962
The single lower secondary school
The number of students grows, with more classes and school sites. More registers are produced and new series are launched to help staff manage a school that is bigger and more complex.

1968
Rights and participation
Manuals, journals and registers are updated to new educational and organisational needs, making Spaggiari a technical reference for school offices and administration.

1999
Autonomy changes schools
More advanced tools are developed for budgets, planning and staff management: the ground that will make the next step, software, a natural one.
2005
Paper meets the internet
Spaggiari Distribuzione is created to serve schools, platforms for regulatory consulting take shape, and Infoschool joins Spaggiari to bring software into school offices.

2013
The electronic register becomes the standard
ClasseViva establishes itself as the reference platform: the same control and record-keeping functions as the traditional register, in a fully digital form.

2021
PNRR and school–community projects
The digital and training ecosystem is updated to support funding calls, reporting and monitoring under Italy’s national recovery plan (PNRR), contributing to projects co-designed with schools and local organisations.

2026
From platform to educational ecosystem
With La Fabbrica, Jobiri, Prima Scuola and ESDS, the company brings together educational content, career guidance, project-based learning and digital services, creating an ecosystem that links school, families, businesses and local communities, now also beyond national borders.
