Artificial intelligence on www.spaggiari.eu

How we use artificial intelligence to produce and operate this website. Updated as of 1 August 2026.

Courtesy translation. In case of discrepancies, the Italian version prevails.

What this page covers

This page concerns this website only, www.spaggiari.eu: how we use artificial intelligence to produce its content and what the website does or does not do with regard to those who visit it.

The artificial intelligence features present within Spaggiari software — platforms for teaching, school administration and guidance — are not described here: each service has its own notice, available in the service documentation and in the environments in which it is used. For the processing of personal data, the AI Privacy Statement and the privacy notice remain valid.

Where we use artificial intelligence on this website

News section articles

Some of the articles published in the news section are produced with the aid of artificial intelligence systems, starting from public sources such as legislation, ministerial communications and specialist press. The publisher of the content is Spaggiari, which is responsible for it.

Accompanying images

Some of the images that accompany articles and social media posts are generated with artificial intelligence tools. They do not depict real people, do not document events that actually took place and must not be read as photographs.

Customer support assistant

On the Prima Visione Web support page an automated assistant is available for support questions about that product: it suggests the guides and answers already published and, when the request falls outside its scope, directs users to the support contacts. It is not active on the rest of the website and does not concern the other software.

Editorial work and analysis

We also use artificial intelligence tools as internal support: rewriting notes, summarising documents, analysing website traffic. The texts of the product pages, of contractual documents and of notices are written and verified by people.

What is not on this website

  • No general-purpose assistant. The only automated assistant present on the website is the one for Prima Visione Web support, limited to that product: on the other pages there is no chatbot and, for any question, the contacts at the bottom of the page apply.
  • No content that pretends to be authentic. We do not publish artificially generated images, audio or video that represent real people or events that actually took place.
  • No automated decisions about those who write to us. Messages sent through the contact forms are read and handled by people.
  • No profiling with artificial intelligence beyond what is described in the cookie policy.

How we flag it

At the bottom of every article in the news section a note appears indicating the use of artificial intelligence and linking to this page. The general rule is simple: the informational content of the news section may be produced with the aid of artificial intelligence, whereas product pages and documents are not.

Limitations to be aware of

  • Informational content may contain errors or be superseded by a regulatory update subsequent to publication.
  • The articles do not replace reading the official sources or professional advice on a specific case.
  • Publication and update dates are shown: if a piece of content is old, please bear this in mind.

Reporting an error

If you find content that is wrong, misleading or inappropriate, please report it: we will correct or remove it.

Updates

The page is updated when the way we use these tools on the website changes. Last update: 1 August 2026.
