Gruppo Spaggiari Parma S.p.A. uses this kind of services to (i) detect bugs and/or errors within its Website, enabling the technical department to resolve them quickly and minimising any disruption experienced by the user, and (ii) ensure the greatest usability of the services offered to the user.
2.2 Anonymised third-party analytics services
Technical analytics tracking tools, as provided for by the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali), are used to assess the effectiveness of a service provided or to help measure its "traffic", i.e. the number of visitors, possibly also broken down by geographical area, time slot of the connection or other characteristics. Gruppo Spaggiari Parma S.p.A. uses these third-party services only through data minimisation measures, and solely for the production of aggregate statistics.
